One of our clients had an opportunity to consolidate four loans at a new rate. He asked us to figure out whether it made sense to do this and whether he should pay for a lower rate. We determined how long it would take to justify paying down the rate and recommended going forward.

Another client had significant real estate investments in Arizona. He asked us to look into investments to reduce the risk of these investments. We looked into hedging opportunities for Arizona real estate and found an investment where he could reduce his risk significantly. However, the investment was so expensive that we recommended not investing.
